Color: pale straw with greenish tinges.
Nose: very fine and quite intense, with floral aromas (linden, white lilac), fruity notes (pear, quince) and some mineral notes.
Palate: expressive acidity, well-rounded body, good structure, perfect balance. Pleasant, lengthy and mineral finish.
